Do I need an appointment?

Yes! We are open by appointment only and we tend to stay pretty booked up in advance. We prefer by appointment only, as kids hate waiting.

How do I book a party?

Please call 518-977-4024 to book your party. A $75.00 non-refundable deposit by credit card is required to secure your party date over the phone. You may also come into our location to book your party on site. You will pay the balance less the deposit on the day of the party. If we say we will hold a date/time, it can only be held for 48 hours, which allows you enough time to complete the party agreement and send it back to us along with the deposit. Once we receive both of these items then you will be confirmed.

How far in advance should I book my party?

Generally the weekends fill up 12-16 weeks in advance. We are open Monday thru Sunday for parties. We recommend booking early to ensure you get the date/time of your choice. If your event is less than 1 or 2 weeks away, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you!!​


Can I bring in my own food?

Yes, cake/cupcakes, drinks and pizza are allowed. Please refrain from bringing in anything with peanuts or tree nuts. We do not allow chips, ice cream, punch, subs, popcorn, pretzels, candy, goldfish etc.


Do the party guests need to wear something special since they will be changing into costumes?

Yes, we recommend that guests wear a leotard or bathing suit under their clothes as they will be changing in and out of costumes in a changing room and or common area.



What is the tipping policy?

Tipping is very much appreciated but not mandatory. 

When do you have to provide a final headcount?

We prefer to have the final headcount & final party details one week (5-7 days) prior to the party. If you plan to have more than 10 kids attend a party, we will need this final kid count no later than 3 days before the party. This allows us to properly plan, manage and staff for your event. Also, if there are more than 13 kids attending your party, you will need to add the extra half an hour, $50 to ensure all attendees will have enough time for all services.

Can I take pictures & videotape at the party?

You are welcome to videotape and take pictures. Post them to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram etc and make sure to tag us in them!!

Can boys come to the party?

Yes, we have costumes for boys and offer diggin' in the dirt (with bugs) Pedicures or Gooey Slime Manicures. We offer pirate and super hero hair styles too!

What happens if a guest arrives late?

Absolutely! Our parties are based on a schedule, guests arriving late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to. Your guest will have to join in the party while the party is in progress. They will still be charged the full amount. We will do our best to provide any missed services to any guest that arrives late.
